Perform Gateway meetings with senior leadership for concurrence and approval to proceed with new programs. Understand the milestones of each Gate in the launch process to ensure a successful handoff to production
Prepare information for quoting packages in a timely manner
Establish and maintains effective relationships with customers for new programs
Coordinate and ensure that capital equipment, tooling, product testing and other required items are on time to support program timing
Coordinate with Corporate sales personnel as required ensuring a cost-effective launch
Act as a liaison (along with Corporate Purchasing) for external suppliers regarding program timing, deliveries, delays, etc.
Maintain electronic program folders with all program specific information
