    We are seeking a Program Manager to support the planning and execution of customer-facing events by creating scalable processes to stand up multiple high-impact, experiential moments that build Whole Foods Market brand love.

    Key job responsibilities

    Experiential Event Support:

    • Work with Experiential lead to support the planning and execution of customer-facing events
    • Coordinate event logistics including vendor management, supplies, signage, transportation, and venue requirements
    • Support on-site event execution, troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Own and track event communication, registrations and post-event feedback
    • Identify opportunities to improve event processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
    • Support project management of annual Trends Report as needed, including integration of trends into experiential events
