Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager / Technical Program Manager with 6–8 years of experience to lead complex partner offers and go-to-market (RTM) programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring. The role requires strong program ownership, technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work closely with engineering, platform, product, finance, legal, and business teams. The ideal candidate can manage system-dependent launches, identify risks and dependencies early, and build scalable delivery processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex partner offers and RTM programs from intake through launch and post-launch.

• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment independently.

• Partner with engineering, AUP, and platform teams on technical delivery, integrations, and implementation.

• Translate business and partner requirements into operational and technical requirements.

• Support offer onboarding, testing, validation, fulfillment, and issue resolution.

• Design scalable workflows, governance models, SOPs, runbooks, and launch processes.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and regional teams.

• Monitor fulfillment health, delivery metrics, launch performance, and overall program health.

• Build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility, planning, and decision-making.

• Identify recurring operational issues and drive process, tooling, and automation improvements.

• Act as an escalation point for delivery blockers, launch risks, and critical issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6–8 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Delivery Operations, or Technical Operations.

• Proven experience independently managing complex, cross-functional programs.

• Experience working with engineering/platform teams on system-dependent launches.

• Strong technical understanding of systems, integrations, APIs, and platform-based delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, risk-management, and organizational skills.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting/dashboard tools.

• Ability to manage multiple dependencies, timelines, risks, and priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Industry Experience:

• Preferred: SaaS, software, subscriptions, digital fulfillment, partner operations, or offer delivery.

• Experience working in technology/platform-driven environments is highly relevant.

• Experience supporting high-visibility product or partner launches and executive stakeholders is a plus.

• Experience designing and scaling operational workflows and delivery models is preferred.
