Position Description:Program Manager - Body In White Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of engineering program deliverables. The ideal candidate will manage part release tracking, material certification status, engineering timing, and overall program health reporting. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence to maintain accurate and transparent program documentationKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Tracking & Reporting o Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications. o Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence. o Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.JIRA & Confluence Administration o Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering deliverables. o Ensure consistent documentation and process adherence across teams using Confluence pages and templates.Cross-Functional Collaboration o Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables. o Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up to ensure completion.Communication & Reporting o Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews. o Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress.Skills Required:Hardware Experience, Budgets/Timing, Program ManagementExperience Required:3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.Qualifications Required:Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable information.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience Preferred:Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.Education Required:Bachelor's DegreeAdditional Information :***HYBRID / 4 days per week in office***
