Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.

    Job Summary

    The Manager of Vocational Services provides operational oversight and leadership guidance for the vocational department, including the cafeteria, gift shop, and horticulture programs. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day function, direction, and growth of these service areas while ensuring they create meaningful vocational opportunities for clients participating in clinical programs.

    The Manager helps foster an environment where clients can build practical work experience on campus, strengthen job readiness, develop interview skills, and gain confidence in job roles that support long-term vocational success. In addition to program leadership, this role promotes collaboration, structure, and ongoing development across the department to ensure services are both operationally effective and mission-driven.

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree and/or appropriate certification preferred.
    • Experience managing and developing employees.
    • Specialization in function and/or specific work experience typically required.
    • Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal.
