Program Manager

Seeking Program Manager pert-time (REMOTE Position) for 6 months.

Duties and Responsibilites:
* Ensure timely delivery of project requirements
* Manage subcontracts, monitor and maintain health of the budget
* Maintain accountability of government property
* Support proposal team price new proposals
* Evaluate contract requirements to develop and plan milestones to ensure timely delivery of project requirements to the federal government.
* Coordinate subcontractor deliverable schedules and ensure subcontractor compliance with program requirements.
* Maintain project budget by monitoring material costs and labor hours. Provide monthly budget status reports to business leaders.
* Partner with contract managers, engineers, and business leaders to manage project scope change and capture costs to support contract modification and price adjustments.
* Maintain accountability of government property.
* Support proposal team’s pricing estimates by evaluating project requirements and similar past performance to project costs.
