PROGRAM MANAGER – Aviation MRO/Completions

 Due to aggressive growth, and a 5 year backlog, GNR is in search of a PROGRAM MANAGER experienced with Aircraft Completions for this fast-paced organization that's creating a Center of Excellence.

This role offers career growth & high visibility, reporting directly to the VP of Programs, you will manage the full life cycle of high value $$$M custom requirements - from initial capture through delivery.

• Work closely with customers on their specific needs and collaborate with engineering and production departments to ensure that programs are on schedule – the INTERIOR FINISHES are the best of the best.
• Must manage budgets, schedules and deliverables, and handle any scope changes.
• Monitor and track day-to-day progress and communicate with the executive team

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• An experienced PROGRAM MANAGER who’s dealt with Aviation Completions / MRO
• Management of program schedules, deliverables, budgets, mitigated risk, while ensuring compliance and AS9100.
• Effective communication skills: extensive customer engagement, internal departments, suppliers & Executive team. Report on program milestones to the customer and leadership.
• 5 – 25 years experience with a proven ability to execute on multi-million programs.
• US Citizenship / US Perm Resident / TN Visa
