Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI workstream delivery (planning → execution → monitoring).
Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI adherence.
Coordinate across AI Engineering, Data, Architecture, and QA teams.
Track KPIs including timeline, quality, and business outcomes.
Manage budgets, forecasts, Statements of Work (SoW), and vendor coordination.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies using RAID management practices.
Lead cross-functional AI teams and ensure effective delivery model execution.
