    Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Program Manager for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract supporting Army Human Resources Command at Fort Knox.

    The Program Manager will serve as Axyde’s senior onsite representative and lead staffing, transition, operations, quality control, training, reporting and customer coordination.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead program mobilization and the anticipated 30-day transition.

    • Direct casualty case-management, survivor-benefits, claims, correspondence and repatriation-support teams.

    • Maintain qualified staffing and cross-trained backup coverage.

    • Manage workload, backlog, accuracy, timeliness and corrective actions.

    • Ensure compliance with Army privacy, security, records and training requirements.

    • Brief Axyde and Government leadership on performance, staffing and risk.

    • Oversee monthly status reports and contract deliverables.

    • Maintain contingency and continuity-of-operations readiness.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant management experience.

    • Five or more years managing federal administrative, personnel, casualty, survivor-support or comparable service programs.

    • Experience supervising a multidisciplinary onsite workforce.

    • Direct CMAOD, CASS, DCIPS or military casualty-operations experience strongly preferred.

    • Exceptional judgment, discretion, leadership and written communication.

    Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation, Common Access Card and any position-specific security clearance.
