The Role
Responsible for managing the timely execution of meter installations, and services to ensure the delivery of the program goals. This position will involve daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder management, strong team collaboration and communication capabilities.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, driving efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of inventory and program timelines
Manage program/product timelines, roadmap, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Monitor and analyze productivity performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Support program increment planning efforts across product teams providing clarification and definition of objectives
Monitor and report monthly/annual workplan forecasting and progress.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

About You
BS/BA degree preferred
3 - 5+ years of experience in product/program management or workplan management required
2+ years of product or program management in a utility preferred
PMP certification preferred
Experience in strategic leadership, IT infrastructure, analytics, and outsourcing management required
Proven experience articulating complex ideas and influencing in a matrix environment required
Valid driver's license required
