Job Title: Program Manager - Agentic AI & Automation Location: Fremont, CA (5 days onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Must have skill: • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI/automation platforms. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment. • Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps. • Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. • Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, governance reviews, and executive reporting. • Monitor program performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization. • Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage. • Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation. |
