Their products enable some of the world's most demanding applications where reliability and performance are paramount.Job DescriptionLead proposal planning activities from opportunity assessment through proposal submission.Develop executable program plans, resource-loaded schedules, and planning assumptions.Coordinate cross-functional proposal inputs across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Development.Assess manufacturing capacity, resource availability, material lead times, and operational readiness.Support bid/no-bid decisions through evaluation of customer requirements, risks, costs, schedules, and organizational capabilities.Partner with stakeholders to align proposal strategies with customer objectives and business goals.Ensure customer requirements, specifications, statements of work, and contractual obligations are fully understood and incorporated into proposal plans.Coordinate development of work breakdown structures, basis of estimates, schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, supply chain, resource, and schedule risks.Lead proposal planning reviews and drive action-item closure through approval gates.Resolve conflicts involving scope, resources, schedules, and execution plans.Support smooth transition from proposal development into program execution.Analyze proposal and program performance to improve planning accuracy and execution success.Capture and implement lessons learned to enhance proposal processes and scheduling methodologies.Drive continuous improvement of proposal planning, governance, and execution readiness standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
