Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager*with a strong background in program execution, cross-functional leadership, customer management, and electronics/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will own program performance, schedules, budgets, resources, customer relationships, and overall delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Track program KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
- Drive issue resolution and corrective actions to keep programs on track.
- Serve as a key customer interface, managing escalations and customer satisfaction.
- Support product development and lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate business and operational activities across multiple functions/sites.
- Support contract-related activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Drive process improvements and business growth while maintaining program accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Program Management / Program Administration experience.
- Strong experience in cross-functional team leadership.
- Experience with program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong customer-facing and relationship management experience.
- Experience tracking program KPIs, cost, quality, delivery, and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and business acumen.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is highly preferred.
- Experience with P&L/financial accountability, NPI, or product lifecycle management is a plus.
