Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs from planning through execution, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Milpitas, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Track program KPIs, deliverables, schedules, quality, and costs.
• Drive issue resolution, corrective actions, and successful program execution.
• Act as a customer-facing point of contact, handling escalations and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage product development and lifecycle activities from development through production.
• Support business growth, contract discussions, and P&L/financial accountability.
• Drive process improvements and ensure customer commitments are met.

Must Have

• 7+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, EMS, or a similar technical environment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience with program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
• Experience tracking program performance/KPIs and managing escalations.
• Experience with product development/lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and business skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
