Requirements:- 3-6 years of professional experience in analytics, statistics, consulting, or related fields.
- Experience in advisory services/consulting in workforce planning or people analytics.
- Project management experience in implementing analytics/technology solutions through consulting with various business stakeholders.
- Proven experience using Tableau or other data visualization software to build and present insights through visual analysis.
- Experience with analytics software (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx) and/or SQL language is advantageous.
- Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage various data points to achieve common goals (people knowledge, internal data, external tools).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight time constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners and proactively assess business needs.
- Ability to identify opportunities and address potential issues before they become problems.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
