    Description

    A Senior Manager in this organization would lead end-to-end delivery of Government, Sovereign, OCIR, and MultiCloud deployments, ensuring each program moves from planning through launch with clear ownership, alignment, and accountability. This role would guide TPM execution across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and oversee Restricted Realm delivery across current and future realms.

    The Senior Manager will be accountable for program strategy, execution health, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making across high-priority initiatives. They will help define priorities, manage tradeoffs, track key metrics, and ensure delivery commitments are met while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

    As the organization scales, this leader must also be able to absorb new workstreams and emerging priorities, such as rhythm of business development, operational planning, and other strategic programs. The ideal candidate can quickly establish structure, build repeatable processes, and integrate new programs without disrupting existing delivery commitments.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Highly skilled with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Strong ability to write concise proposal documents
    • Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels including the executive level.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with cloud infrastructure services
    • Experience with cloud software and platform services
    • Ability to think broadly and strategically
    • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
    • Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling
