Program Management - Modernization Operations Expert

Mission

We are seeking an experienced Program Management - Modernization Operations Expert to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and digital transformation across our organization. In this role, you will optimize project execution, integrate modern digital tools, stream line cross-functional communication, and ensure high-level program deliverables are met efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a track record of continuous improvement, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Modernization: Lead process-improvement initiatives, identify operational gaps, and deploy corrective, preventive, and continuous-improvement workflows.

• Digital Transformation: Introduce automation, digital reporting, and modern toolsets to elevate work quality, operational efficiency, and team throughput.

• Program & Performance Execution: Oversee program schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management. Track KPIs and deliver executive dashboards, reports, and management presentations.

• Financial & Resource Management: Manage program budgets, capital investments, operational performance, and implementation of recovery plans as needed.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate deliverables across global teams and guide cross-functional groups through complex technical and operational problem-solving.

Profile

Basic Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience: ~10 years of progressive experience in program management or operations execution.

• Technical & Process Expertise: Proven track record in process modernization, workflow automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and executive reporting/dashboarding tools; exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior background or functional experience in the automotive or complex engineering industries.
