THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD
The Program Management Analyst Junior RF is a foundational support role assisting the AFRL HELLFIRE Team. The position provides administrative, scheduling, data-gathering, tracking, and documentation support while learning program operations and developing acquisition-support capabilities in a collaborative environment. The role gathers information across projects and builds or updates Microsoft Excel tracking sheets; it is not expected to independently conduct complex operations research or create new organizational business models from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Support organizational and project management functions through information gathering, data review, coordination, tracking, and documentation.
- Gather and organize project data, update established tracking products, and support existing program processes Assist with coordinating, organizing, managing, and documenting technical reviews, studies, analyses, meetings, and related program activities.
- Build and update Microsoft Excel tracking sheets, schedules, action logs, and routine management products.
- Support strategic scheduling and planning activities and update approved systems used to track, manage, and report program efforts.
- Maintain records in Government systems and databases
- Prepare routine draft reports, correspondence, meeting materials, tracking products, and presentation support for senior review.
- Track assigned actions, taskings, suspense’s, milestones, and deliverable status and elevate issues through appropriate contractor channels.
- Coordinate professionally with program management, technical, administrative, and leadership personnel in internal and external organizations.
- Support the standardization of recurring activities, processes, templates, and best practices as directed within the contract scope.
- Protect classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, and other sensitive information in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Use Government-furnished equipment and approved Government networks, software, databases, and systems to perform assigned duties.

Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years university study toward a Bachelor’s Degree OR
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years of directly related experience
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, acquisition, operations, analytics, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and all access required for the position.
- Ability to perform junior-level program management analysis and related technical or professional tasks.
- Ability to complete work independently or under monitoring by senior contractor personnel while following established procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and interact professionally with personnel at multiple organizational levels.
- Knowledge of program and project management support principles and administrative processes.
- Possess skills in gathering data across projects and building or updating Microsoft Excel tracking sheets accurately
- Ability to support meetings, schedules, action tracking, records management, and recurring program processes.
- Ability to prepare routine reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, trackers, meeting materials, and presentation support for senior review
- Possess strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Ability to learn Government systems and databases through on-the-job training and comply with established procedures.
- Professional judgment, discretion, tact, diplomacy, and commitment to protecting sensitive information.
- Experience supporting DoD, Air Force, AFRL, science and technology, research and development, or acquisition organizations Preferred
- Experience maintaining records and program data in business or Government systems Preferred
- DAU foundational acquisition coursework or a relevant IT/cyber certification Certifications Preferred

- Sufficient fine motor skill for use of computers, calculator with an ability to withstand repetitive keyboarding for extended periods of time

- Ability to kneel bend and twist at the waist on an occasional basis,
- Ability to push, pull, carry and lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis and more on an occasional basis
- Ability to travel by plane and safely operate a motor vehicle
Estimated Salary/Wage
USD $50.00/Hr. Up to USD $60.00/Hr.
