About the opportunity
Connected Communities is WinnCompanies' 501(c)3 non-profit affiliate dedicated to the creation and growth of community-based programs, services and public policies that support measurable social outcomes for affordable housing communities across the country. Its Economic Mobility department creates and manages programs centered on residents' economic stability and mobility.
We are seeking an Program Lead, Economic Mobility to manage daily operations and contribute to the strategic expansion of our economic mobility programs, with a majority focus on the HUD Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program. Preference for ability to commute to Boston, MA, but open to strong candidates in other locations where WinnCompanies operates.
The salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually dependent on experience. Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following hybrid work model: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM in office and Fridays remote.
