Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of New Model Engineers
- Manage new model launches and engineering projects from start to finish
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate activities across logistics, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and product development
- Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Track record of implementing manufacturing improvements
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization
