    How you will Contribute

    As the Program Director, you will oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative performance of the inpatient rehabilitation program. Key responsibilities include:

    • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program, ensuring high standards of clinical quality and financial stability.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while providing ongoing training, support, and professional growth opportunities.
    • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to treatment standards.
    • Strategic & Financial Planning: Develop and manage departmental budgets, operational goals, and strategic growth initiatives.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure continuous compliance with federal, state, and accreditation agency regulations.
    • Quality Improvement: Analyze performance metrics to design and implement quality improvement programs.
    • Representation: Act as the primary liaison and representative for the rehab program in both internal and external meetings.

    Must-Haves

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., RN, PT, OT, SLP, SW) or Healthcare Management required (Master's degree preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in rehabilitation leadership or clinical administration.
    • Licensure: Valid clinical license as applicable by state (e.g., State RN license).
