GENERAL PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to join our fast-paced residential behavioral health treatment program. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in active environments, values recovery-oriented care, and wants to remain closely connected to direct services. The Program Director plays a key role in staff support, member advocacy, clinical collaboration, and day-to-day program operations, helping ensure high-quality care in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
Education, Training and Experience
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and full licensure as a LMFT, LCSW or LPCC; four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services; minimum of one (1) year supervisory/ management experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 pm PM
Compensation: $91,520.00 - $99,070.40
