RESPONSIBILITIES:
The program director of the Frank J. Horn Field campus (HFC) is responsible for providing the overall vision, master plan and leadership for HFC; overseeing the day-to-day management and operation of HFC including the challenge course operation, the retreat facilities, and the overall land use, management, and strategic planning.
This is a full-time, live-in position that requires flexible availability, including evening and weekend emergency response. The position includes a fully private, rent-free residence on the grounds.
