        What You’ll Do:

        The Program Director is responsible for managing the FRC’s contractual relationships. The Program Director also manages all communications with EOHHS and DCF and ensures adherence to the contractual obligations. The Program Director works directly with Family Members to carry out center activities.  The Program Director may assume some of the functions of the Assistant Program Director.

        • Manage FRC Contractual Relationships.
        • Manages relationship with the Administrative Services Organization (ASO) and ensures program adherence to all ASO guidelines and requirements.
        • Develops and maintains partnerships with community organizations and agencies by creating and maintaining MOUs.
        • Reviews and analyzes reports to meet program benchmarks.
        • Plans and participates with families in various FRC activities.
        • Assumes some of the functions of the Assistant Program Director as needed.
        • Conducts community outreach throughout catchment area to foster community partnerships and increase awareness of the Family Resource Center.

        Who You Are:

        • BA Degree in Human Services or related field 
        • 5 years of experience in staff supervision and program management
        • Familiarity with DCF and other state agencies.
        • Knowledge of managing contractual relationships with funders and managing a program
        • Demonstrated willingness and ability to work with client populations from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
        • Demonstrated ability to provide community-based service.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
