Program Director Position Summary:
The Program Director is responsible for the administration, oversight and evaluation of the licensed home care service agency, traumatic brain injury program services, residential and home community support services, and related daily operational functions of the Center for Brain Injury and Rehabilitation. The Program Director provides leadership of program operations, admissions and referrals, staffing oversight, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, billing coordination, and program development to ensure high quality, effective, and efficient service delivery across all assigned programs.

Program Director Qualifications:
Registered Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist, Registered Physical Therapist, Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Special Education Teacher, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Master’s of Social Work, Master’s or Doctorate of Psychology, or minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related human services, rehabilitation, healthcare, social work, psychology, counseling, or nursing field and at least three (3) years of relevant experience in TBI/disability services that includes:
Experience in interdisciplinary, rehabilitative management of head-injured and neurologically impaired populations required. Experience with HCBS/TBI Waiver, LHCSA, Medicaid billing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, program operations and staff supervision strongly preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational, clinical, operational and interpersonal skills. Exhibit strong ability to read and interpret regulations, communicate verbally and in writing, and manage multiple programmatic priorities simultaneously. Possess strong working knowledge of individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities, community-based service delivery, rehabilitation services and program operations. Exhibit an exemplary degree of initiative, sound judgment, industry and a comprehensive understanding of staff procedures, quality improvement, regulatory requirements and interdepartmental relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Physical agility with repetitive occurrence including but not limited to walking, running, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, reaching, sitting and twisting. May require lifting greater than 50 lbs on an as-needed basis.
Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
