The role involves managing the five L's:
Leadership—recruiting, training, and managing volunteers
Location—coordinating transportation and learning spaces
Logistics—organizing operational procedures with schools
Loot—building financial support and managing budgets
Language—promoting the program through communication and community engagement
It is a part-time position (15-20 hours/week) with initial flexibility, offering ongoing training and support.
