The Program Director of Connect2Recovery (C2R) plans, directs and participates in the daily operation of the program ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and supervision and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of care. Five years of recovery-oriented systems of care, experience in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health setting required, two of which must be working in a substance use and/or justice involved treatment setting.

The Program Director of Connect2Recovery (C2R) plans, directs and participates in the daily operation of the program ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and supervision and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of care.

 

The Program Director also oversees program contracts, third-party billing and authorization processes, and the program’s overall financial management to support fiscal accountability, compliance, and sustainability.

 

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours

• Monday through Friday 9-5 with on-call hours as needed

 

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
• Moderate to advanced proficiency with computers and digital systems, including Microsoft Office applications, electronic health records, data tracking tools, and web-based platforms

Required Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• Certified Addictions Recovery Coach (CARC)and/or Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) upon hire.  If CARC is not yet obtained must demonstrate active steps toward achieving CARC within 1 year of hire or until licensure
• Four years of progressive management/supervisory experience in a similar setting required; Experience managing in productivity-driven programs strongly preferred. 
• Five years of recovery-oriented systems of care, experience in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health setting required, two of which must be working in a substance use and/or justice involved treatment setting
• Must demonstrate knowledge and working relationships with key stakeholders
• Must have firsthand lived experience in substance use and mental health recovery
