Examples of Duties
The Community Development Department is seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative individual to service as its Program Development Specialist. This position will serve as the department's subject-matter expert and functional lead for its software applications, helping ensure systems effectively support business operations and service delivery. The Specialist will also lead efforts that strengthen data management, reporting, and performance metrics that inform decision-making and meet critical business needs. Working across teams, this position will identify opportunities to improve processes, develop effective solutions, and support department leadership, staff, and customers. Creativity, collaboration, technical aptitude, and attention to detail will be essential in this role.
The Program Development Specialist will work closely with the department's leadership to accomplish the following:
