Program/Delivery Manager

Title: Program/Delivery Manager

• They want 2-3 PMs/Delivery Managers with VERY strong communication skills, confident in front of executives so they can be put them in charge of running meetings with C levels
• 1 will have a background in Legal projects and 1 should have more of a product focus
• Should have a technical background, knows enough from a technical perspective, but not as much as a developer so they can ask the right questions and challenge
• The AI/data science background could work if its someone that likes organizing people... someone who is curious .. would be great for greenfield work
• they need to be scrum based, strong in product delivering, daily stand ups, road maps, prioritization, keep engineers from distractions etc.
