Program Delivery Lead
LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Program Delivery Lead for a contract engagement. This multi-discipline role blends chief of staff advisory responsibilities with hands-on program management, supporting executive leadership while driving the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience operating at the intersection of strategic planning, executive communications, and program execution - preferably within an information security or IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering analysis, recommendations, and decision support on critical business matters while proactively anticipating issues and identifying risks
- Prepare and support executive communications, presentations, leadership updates, and board materials, ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead executive staff meetings, operating reviews, and governance processes; manage priorities, track action items, and ensure decisions are implemented
- Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional programs by defining scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies aligned to strategic business objectives
- Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, manage program governance, and provide transparent status reporting to ensure organizational alignment and successful outcomes
- Align leaders and teams across the organization, remove roadblocks, and build consensus to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in program management, chief of staff, or related strategic operations roles
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic thought partner to senior and executive leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs from definition through execution
- Experience working within an information security (infosec) or IT function; direct practitioner expertise is not required
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams
Compensation
$70-$75/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
