Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support sponsor, exhibitor, and vendor engagement while helping execute advertising, sponsorship, and event deliverables. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating across multiple teams and platforms.
This is a temp to hire opportunity which will be fully onsight with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement if converted to a full time employee of the client's organization.
Hourly pay range: $21-24 per hour
Key Responsibilities
-Support management of sponsor, exhibitor, vendor, and partner accounts
-Coordinate fulfillment of advertising, sponsorships, and exhibit deliverables across print, digital, and events
-Maintain accurate records of contracts, sales activity, and account details
-Track deadlines and timelines for conferences, campaigns, and sponsorship commitments
-Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
-Prepare deliverable calendars, specifications, and guidance materials; provide ongoing client support
-Assist with event execution, including exhibitor coordination and onsite support
-Contribute to sales support initiatives and revenue-generating efforts
-Collaborate on updates to sales materials, prospectuses, and promotional content
-Support logistics coordination for meetings and expos
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-2-3 years of relevant professional experience; association or nonprofit experience a plus
-Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
-Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems; experience with CRM or sales databases preferred
