Job Description

Our client is seeking a Medical Staff Coordinator for a contract opportunity for a healthcare organization. The Program Coordinator supports a Accredited Continuing Education (ACE) program in coordinating accredited education activities, maintaining compliance documentation, and enhancing the learner and planner experience across the system.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring clinicians and care teams have access to evidence-based, high-quality, and impactful continuing education opportunities that advance clinical excellence and lifelong learning.

This is a temporary assignment offering an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in healthcare education, program operations, and accreditation management within a mission-driven, system-level environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations of accrediting continuing educational activities, including consultation calls with planners, creating activity applications, managing event logistics, and evaluating post-activity outcomes.
Serve as a liaison between entity-level planners to manage accurate and timely submission of documentation, financial disclosures, and evaluations.
Ensure activity documentation and content meet Joint Accreditation standards and State regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and data accuracy.
Manage the department inbox by triaging learner inquiries and technical difficulties, providing clear and timely resolutions or routing appropriately.
Track project milestones (applications, evaluations, and reporting deadlines) and assist with preparing progress summaries.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, education, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-service orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Smartsheet or other learning/project management tools preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or Public Health a plus.
