Job Title: Program Coordinator Retail Stores Projects
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite 4/1 Hybrid Schedule, Typical Business Hours)
Duration: 6+ Months
Role Overview
The Brand's North America Stores organization is building and refreshing a significant number of doors over the coming year. This contractor will serve as the interface between the parent brand's stores organization and the sub-brand's teams gathering information, data and key dates to facilitate project delivery, and helping to manage the store design process end to end.
Accountabilities
" Serve as the singular source (source of record) for all workstreams and timelines for new/remodeled stores, and Pop Ups/Activations, for the North America sub-brand
" Align with key stakeholders across both brand teams to acquire and disseminate critical tasks and requirements to keep workstreams on track
" Implement Airtable or similar platform, to build a definitive tool that clearly identifies key gates/dates and workstreams for all projects
" Regularly publish tracking documents with the right content and details to be easily digestible for leadership and other key stakeholders
" Help manage the store design process, partnering closely with the North America retail stores team including store designers, the global stores team and the North America stores team
Deliverables
" Stores Project Tracker inclusive of construction, fixture, product and delivery dates/gates. Published weekly
" Pop Up Project Tracker inclusive of business and Brand dates/gates. Published weekly
" Provide inputs into broader enterprise tracking mechanisms
Must-Have
" 5+ years' minimum experience in a program management / project coordination role
" Extensive experience serving as a project manager for brick & mortar retail projects national brands preferred
" High attention to detail to drive comprehensive understanding & completion of all retail projects
" Ability to manage a complex schedule and consistently meet deadlines
" Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; strong interpersonal skills and willingness to understand and convey opportunities and challenges to stakeholders
" Ability to deliver clear project updates in PowerPoint or Keynote form
" Experience utilizing project management platforms or tools, including Airtable, Excel, etc.
" AirTable experience
" Expertise in Microsoft Suite
Nice To Have
" Experience in the athletic / apparel / footwear industry
" Experience in retail development (brick & mortar stores)
" Experience in construction and fixtures (retail elements)
" Prior experience as a contractor with a large global consumer brand
" PMP certification

" Degree preferred, not a hard requirement equivalent hands-on program coordination experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
