Request: Program Coordinator - Non-IT 3
Contract: 12 Months 
Location: Beaverton, OR 
Pay Rate:  $40-45 Hourly OT40 
 
Job Description:         General Information:
Location and/or time zone and expected work schedule: WHQ, 8-5 M-F no work from home at all
Any expected travel: No
Reason for opening: Immersion Prgm Project
Team details & who they will work with: HM and 2 other coworkers, Program Mgrs, and SME's, and outside clients
 
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 3- 4 yrs in Program Management or Operations and logistics in a learning environment
Education requirements: Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience and training
 
Must have skills:
Project management skills
Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and deliver outcomes
Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
Excellent attention to detail; organized and analytical
Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify needs, research solutions, and drive appropriate actions
 
Nice to have skills:
Learning and development experience is a plus
Adobe LMS and Articulate Rise360 experience is a plus

Software/technical requirements:
Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, whiteboarding and database tools
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel(Advanced))
Previous industry experience preference: Highly desirable, background on a training team is very helpful
