SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator is a highly professional supervisory position that assists with the day-to-day operations of the Circuit Civil Case Management Program. The Program Coordinator acts as lead case manager, provides supervision to professional case management staff, continually monitors and improves case management practices for the effective and efficient disposition of civil cases, and compiles case tracking reports for the Judiciary and Court Administration. This position performs diverse tasks requiring a vast knowledge of legal procedures. Effective working relationships are established with the judges, court system personnel, attorneys and the general public. The program managed by this position is designed to promote continuous case management and early resolution of disputed issues and to ensure that judicial resources are reserved for complex issues. This position reports to the Civil Manager and Civil/Family Division Director.
The Program Coordinators primary responsibilities include the following:(1) Supervision and Leadership, (2) Management and Development, (3) Lead Case Manager; and (4) Other duties as assigned.
