The Center for Career Development (CCD) is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, temporary staff member to join our team from September 2026 to April 2027. This role is pivotal in supporting our newly-formed Internships and Industry Partnerships team. Based in vibrant Boston, MA, this position offers the chance to contribute to the development of innovative internship programs and enhance your career in a dynamic educational environment.

As part of our team, you will work closely with the Director of Internships and Industry Partnerships to establish procedures and systems that streamline our internship materials and programs. You'll play a crucial role in integrating a new internship platform, ensuring staff training and support, and assisting with the Yawkey Nonprofit Internship Program. Additionally, you'll support program development and operations for the upcoming Summer 2027 internship season.

Requirements:

• Experience in program coordination or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
