  • Coordinates and organizes the day-to-day office operations for the residency program.
  • Compiles data and statistics reports pertaining to the residency program.
  • Coordinates and assists with residency program meetings/events.
  • Serves as liaison between departments, programs, and other entities.
  • Updates and monitors the residency-related databases for management support, reporting, and recruitment.
  • Supports with preparing for program accreditation.
  • Assist with residency recruitment.
  • Prepares documentation for new incoming residents.
  • Maintains the residency program purchase card.
  • Meets regularly with Residency Program Director and Associate Program Director.
  • Prepares and distributes resident evaluations.
  • Meets departmental and external deadline by maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Remain current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.).
  • Personally, and consistently, demonstrate, display and act in accordance with Texas Tech Health El Paso's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Serve as a Value''s leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution.
