Description

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a residential program serving individuals and families experiencing crisis. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating client services, ensuring program compliance, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for residents.

Schedule
  • Full-time, Flexible schedule based on program needs
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or a related field required
  • Experience in human services, crisis intervention, residential programs, or victim advocacy preferred
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis response preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with community partners and service providers
  • Excellent documentation and case management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operations of a confidential residential program
  • Provide case management, assessments, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling to residents
  • Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources and supportive services
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with agency and funding requirements
  • Facilitate educational and life skills groups for residents
  • Respond appropriately to crisis situations while maintaining a safe environment
  • Supervise shelter staff, volunteers, and student interns
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, improve, and implement program services
  • Monitor program compliance, collect data, and prepare required reports
  • Participate in on-call and holiday rotation as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Salary: 55K
