General Function
This position coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the Career and College Promise Program (CCP) for the college.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in developing, planning, implementing and administering goals and objectives of the assigned area.
Maintains communication channels with area high school administrators and counselors to promote and enhance the program. Provide recurring reports on registration and grades to support student success.
Works with public, charter, homeschool, and private high schools to enroll students in the program.
Serves as College contact for program and works with internal departments to market and serve CCP students.
Conduct follow up phone calls and emails regarding dual enrollment for students, their high school officials, families, and the community.
Provides administrative assistance to immediate supervisor, which includes recurring reporting,
program analysis and collaboration.
Collaborates with internal departments to maintain student files.
Verify student eligibility and utilize reporting tools to ensure compliance with State guidelines.
Serves as recruiter for assigned high schools, which includes on-site visits and presentations.
Advises and counsels students in planning and selecting courses that meet educational and career goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a discipline relating to the assigned program area and two years of administrative experience
