What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:
Census Growth & Sales Support
Conduct community tours for prospective residents and familiesManage and track leads, inquiries, and tour follow-ups in a timely mannerMaintain consistent communication with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetingsSupport move-in coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new residentsCollaborate with leadership to meet occupancy and census goals
Referral & Community Outreach
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, case managers, social workers, and community partnersParticipating in outreach events, networking opportunities, and community marketing effortsRepresent Avoca Lodge in a professional and welcoming manner within the community
Assisted Living Operations
Support resident engagement, programming, and overall quality of lifeEnsure compliance with assisted living regulations and organizational standardsServe as a point of contact for residents and families, addressing questions and concerns
Qualifications:
Experience in assisted living, healthcare sales, admissions, or census developmentProven ability to conduct tours, follow up on leads, and build referral relationshipsStrong communication, organizational, and follow-up skillsKnowledge of assisted living regulations and resident care standardsA commitment to serving residents and families with empathy, professionalism, and integrity
