Working closely with the CCN Senior Program Coordinator and the Assistant Director of Education and Community, the Program Coordinator helps ensure the successful execution of organizational priorities and reports directly to the Senior Director of Education and Care Delivery. We foster a collaborative and innovative environment where experts work together to develop meaningful solutions that improve outcomes for patients worldwide.Position Overview The Care Delivery and Education Program Coordinator is a remote position that supports the Bronchiectasis and NTM Care Center Network (CCN) Program, as well as the development of educational resources for the Bronchiectasis and NTM Association. This role collaborates with leaders across the Care Delivery and Education divisions to support new initiatives and ongoing program needs. Working closely with the CCN Senior Program Coordinator and the Assistant Director of Education and Community, the Program Coordinator helps ensure the successful execution of organizational priorities and reports directly to the Senior Director of Education and Care Delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, review, updating, and tracking of patient- and provider-facing educational materials across print, digital, web, podcast, and other platforms.Research bronchiectasis, NTM, and related healthcare topics and assist with blogs and other educational content.Support Care Center Network application, screening, verification, and acceptance activities, including tracking applications and responding to CCN inquiries.Coordinate educational material ordering and distribution and help maintain appropriate inventory levels.Create PowerPoint presentations and support webinars, meetings, working groups, and virtual community events.Monitor and engage with the Association's online community by developing content, answering questions, and helping foster accurate, appropriate, and supportive dialogue.Maintain and update educational resources on BronchandNTM.org and assist with related digital content.Collaborate across the Care Delivery and Education teams to coordinate projects, manage priorities, and support organizational initiatives.Professional & Personal CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to research and synthesize medical and scientific information for diverse audiences.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and independence.Strong collaboration skills with patients, healthcare professionals, community members, and internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience.Nursing or Respiratory Therapy degree with experience or specialization in bronchiectasis and/or NTM lung disease.Professional experience working with bronchiectasis, NTM lung disease, pulmonary care, clinical education, patient education, or a related healthcare field.Experience developing, editing, or reviewing patient- or provider-facing educational content is preferred.Experience with program coordination, project management, healthcare education, nonprofit organizations, or community engagement is preferred.Position DetailsDesignation: FTPay: $60K-$65KBenefits: Full Time Benefits OverviewLocation: Remote; ability to travel for job-related events, meetings, & conferences.To Apply:Please submit your resume along with a writing sample or links to relevant work demonstrating your writing and communication skills.The COPD Foundation is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
