Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Program/Contract Manager to oversee utility infrastructure replacement projects and manage associated contracts. The role involves project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure replacement projects, including planning, execution, and cost management.
  • Define project scopes and identify cost responsibilities.
  • Lead customer negotiations and secure agreement on project requirements.
  • Interpret utility interconnection agreements (CAISO, WDAT, Rule 21) and ensure regulatory compliance (FERC, CPUC).
  • Partner with contract teams to clarify scope, cost allocation, and obligations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, track milestones, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, documentation, and resolve commercial claims as needed.
  • Supervise Contract Administrators and administrative staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in project, program, or contract management.
  • Experience managing utility contracts.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
