Applicants must meet the following to qualify for the GS-11 level:
Must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-09 work: 1) Participating in the identification and development of data required for use in the management and direction of programs; 2) preparing acquisition documents for procurement actions; 3) researching program needs and establishing procedures for program requirements.
OR
You could otherwise qualify on the basis of Education having successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related (54 semester hours, 81 quarter hours, or the equivalent).NOTE: You must submit copies of your college transcripts.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: Possess combination of appropriate specialized experience (as described above) and graduate education (as described above) that is beyond the second year of progressive graduate study to meet the qualification requirements for this position.
