Program Analyst

Project Management & Coordination Provide project management support for EV charging planning and installation projects. The Program Analyst will support client's Transportation Team by preparing, evaluating, and presenting research and operational results.

Job Description:
Role Summary
The Program Analyst will support client's Transportation Team by preparing, evaluating, and presenting research and operational results. The role focuses on:

• EV Charging Operations
• Fleet Operations
• EV Charging Planning and Installation Project Support

Key Responsibilities
EV Charging Operations

• Coordinate EV charging projects, including:
  • Tracking project progress
  • Managing timelines and milestones
  • Monitoring deliverables
• Support daily EV charging operations by:
  • Monitoring charger performance
  • Addressing and escalating basic operational issues
• Assist with operational reporting and data tracking activities.

Project Management & Coordination

• Provide project management support for EV charging planning and installation projects.
• Manage and prioritize multiple administrative and project coordination tasks.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and issues, and escalate when necessary.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders regarding project objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between project participants.

Reporting & Analysis

• Collect, analyze, and maintain operational and project data.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Present findings and research results to stakeholders as required.

Required Skills
Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
  • Spreadsheet navigation
  • Data tracking and analysis
  • Reporting and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for:
  • Presentation development
  • Executive reporting
• Ability to work efficiently with data and operational trackers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and productivity tools.
• Strong general computer and digital tool proficiency.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • EV charging infrastructure
  • Sustainability initiatives
  • Transportation or fleet operations

Education Requirement

• GED or equivalent minimum education requirement.
