    Clearance: TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI Polygraph)

    Note: No break in Security clearance for 24 months

    Location: Onsite, Washington D.C.

    We are currently looking for a self-motivated, customer centric Program Analyst/HR Specialist.   

    Position Summary:   

    The Program Analyst will handle USG policy, processes, and procedures in detail. The right candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide multi-tasking support to OHR EM (PCS) section.
    • Update PCS processes; follow and update PCS checklist; analyzes, processes, and verifies all forms and documents required to publish, authenticate, approve and fund certify orders.
    • Verify eligibility for security clearance with Security (SSO), Medical and Overseas Travel
    • Educate and brief customers on their-related PCS entitlements and overseas allowances and assist with completing, processing and adjudicating PCS claims.
    • Manage Share Point shared folder(s) for document uploads into SP folders for each customer.
    • Manage and review Shared Email distro inboxes.
    • Conduct system queries, produce and provide regular management reports providing data, status and forecasts of PCS relocation activities, claims, voucher, and requests details.
    • Assist government staff with records management, file planning and disposition and electronic soft and hard copy email/historical document archiving activities.
    • Assist government staff with working and completing assigned ServiceNow tickets through processing resolution and delivery of requested action-transaction.
    • Skills in MS Share Point (SP), MS 365 suite, and Agile. Provide support to relocation customers. 
    • File scanned files into shared folders.
    • Assist with and analyze the financial status of funding reports for budgeting and execution and prepare activity reports and financial forecasts and execution rates.
    • Understand and possesses background and proficiency with DoD financial stewardship; analyzes and applies prudent efficiency/effectiveness in financial management activities, practices, and processes.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

    • 1-3 years’ experience as an Program Analyst/HR Assistant or related position. 
    • Must have TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI Polygraph) with no break in Security clearance for 24 months.
    • Customer Service etiquette (in person /Phone); strong customer focus.
    • Professional demeanor.
    • Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook desktop or MS 365.
    • Proficient in converting MS Word docs and emails into PDF formats and vice versa.
    • Complete all agency requirements mandatory training in person or online. 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Ability to multi-task and be flexible/agile in a dynamic work environment.
