Responsibilities
As a Program Analyst, you will:
Assist in the formulation of budget estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting rationale for data to aid the Demonstration & Assessment Team (DAT) to defend budget estimates.
Review and summarize financial reports and documents for the DAT. Includes analyzing funding history and providing projections for future funding levels and advising senior staff on future programmatic funding needs and requirements
Maintain program records and files for the DAT.
Ensures related attachments and exhibits are included.
Respond to data calls and inquiries regarding DAT financials.
Support the generation of Enterprise Research Planning (ERP) projects by the DAT; to include assisting in work breakdown structure development, network activity assignment, Navy data description entry, and funding allocations per network activities
Assist the DAT in the acceptance of funding documents in the IBPES system
Assist in the adjudication of reported ERP financial errors, unliquidated obligations, and identification of expired funds
Support the development, tracking and maintenance of GT&C agreements
Support the use of the G-Invoicing system for the DAT to satisfy DoW requirements for receipt of funding. May include interaction and confirmation of data with sponsor organization personnel prior to submission via the DAT.
Assist in the monitoring and controlling of expenditures via review and consolidation of NWA obligation and expenditure information via EDW and ERP reporting products.
Make recommendations to the DAT on funding allocations and adjustments based on participation in execution reviews
Participate in the development of NEPS Task Planning Sheets via the NEPS system
Recommend improvements to financial program policies and procedures
Generate, review, and/or update PPID records for the DAT based on accepted statements of work and NEPS entries
Prior experience with the handling of DoW funding documents, NEPS, PPID, and DoW acquisitions/contracts is desired.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
