    Job Description:
    Role: Program Analyst II
    Location: Fully Remote
    Duration: 12+ Months
    Experience required: 8 years

    Education and Experience:
    • Active Secret Clearance required to start
    • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or Government Administration; Engineering or Technical field; Business or English; a master's degree is a plus.
    • At least 8 years' of relevant work experience.
    • Excellent skills in literature searches and secondary research.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into organized and digestible narratives that drive clear and actionable courses of action.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
    • Ability to create ad-hoc teams, and drive team and individual performance from a non-supervisory and/or customer support role. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, remote, environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong commitment to client satisfaction.
    • Flexibility to take on other responsibilities as client requirements evolve.
    • Ability to listen to, understand and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment without detailed supervision.
    • Strong skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.
    • Able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. You must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible.
