LOCATION: Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; 29 Palms, CA; Marine Corps Base K-Bay; HI

SALARY RANGE: $95k - $180k (based on geographic location, experience, and other factors) 

 

 

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst located in/near one of the above locations. The Program Analyst will support logistics and data analysis functions with a focus on COLTS and data mining to ensure effective program execution. This role is critical in providing accurate reporting and analysis for program decision-making.

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Minimum five (5) years of COLTS experience
  • Minimum 10 years of Logistics/Data Mining experience (experience may overlap/concurrently run)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or an additional six (6) years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Experience preparing logistics reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Familiarity with PMA-263 program requirements and military logistics systems
  • Advanced Excel or data visualization tool expertise

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data mining and analysis to support program logistics efforts
  • Utilize COLTS to track, monitor, and report on asset status and readiness
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to program management
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support Government stakeholders with data-driven decision-making
