Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is searching for a Program Analyst within the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland. The incumbent provides analytical and programmatic support to Division leadership through data management, program evaluation, performance measurement, reporting, and operational analysis. The position is responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting complex administrative, scientific, financial, and operational data to support executive decision-making and organizational planning.
This position supports the Office of the Director, Division of Extramural Programs (EP), which provides policy guidance, program development, evaluation, coordination, and overall operational and administrative management for NLM's extramural programs. The Division consists of the Office of the Director, Administration, Grants Management, and Program Management. The Program Analyst works collaboratively across these organizational components to develop analytical products, performance measures, and reports that support executive decision-making, improve organizational effectiveness, and advance NLM's mission.
