We work to make the region a great place to live, work, and thrive.  What will I be doing?  
    • Assist with the planning and development of new and existing large-scale projects
    • Manage multiple projects, including those overseeing the team responsible for childcare services and eligibility
    • Develop action plans to streamline processes and achieve expected outcomes in a timely manner
    • Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with Workforce Board’s directive and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
    • Supervise a diverse team of individuals
    • Strategically adjust workload amongst team members
    • Effectively communicate unit and project status
    Key Qualifications  
    • Experienced in Project Management Principles and proven ability to handle large-scale projects from inception to completion, and anywhere in between
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to effectively handle multiple competing deadlines
    • Skill in allocating scarce resources, including human capital
    • Effective leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
    • Problem-solving capabilities
    Do you have…
    • Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
    • 5 years of experience with local government, nonprofit programs, schools, or in job-related duties
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with local government funding and contract management
